Paint Historic Old New Castle (PHONC '24) will take place on Saturday, May 18, 2024 in Historic New Castle, Delaware. Visitors are welcome to come and observe over two dozen artists painting their interpretations of this charming colonial town between 9 am and 3 pm. The competition and exhibition is held during the annual Day in Old New Castle house and garden tour. Prizes will be awarded and all paintings will be available for sale.
